About Me

Hi, I'm Olivia!

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences, and a Masters degree in Dietetics. Since I was young I was always fascinated by the idea that what we eat effects essentially everything about us, both physically and mentally, and I have been able to experience it first hand.

Fun facts: I love staying active like strength training and yoga, doing anything outside like hiking or swimming, traveling, cooking, and trying different foods! I also have a Rottweiler named Remi who is the love of my life.

I have gone through my own struggles with chronic pain, fatigue, nerve pain, and having a negative relationship with food. I discovered in about middle school that I had degenerative disc disease, which was quickly accelerated by a motor vehicle accident. This eventually led to severe back pain and neuropathy to the point where I could hardly feel my hands or feet walking to and from class, or having back spasms that would knock the breath out of me. I felt like I was an 80 year old woman in a 20 year old's body. I was also struggling with chronic fatigue, brain fog, and trouble focusing. I eventually got fed up, and knew that I needed to focus on getting all of the nutrients I needed to truly nourish my body, allow it to heal, and reduce my inflammation.

Fast forward to now... nearly all of my pain is gone, I have not had any issues with nerve pain, and I honestly can't even remember the last time I had consistent brain fog or fatigue. Proper nutrition changed my life for the better and I want nothing more than to help other people experience the same feeling!

My goal is to show people how nourishing your body can be easy, enjoyable, and allow you to feel amazing from the inside out. I want to be able to give you science-based tools to become the best version of yourself!

Thank you so much for visiting my page!

xx
